Looks great! I just finished rebuilding my fronts with Superpro equipment and I'm doing the rear arms next weekend. Did you try the freezer method this time for the rear ball joints? Good to know I'm not the only one who is taking on this project. Every single one of my friends said its way to much work for bushings and don't think there will be the much of a return in performance, but I think they're just intimidated by the press.

Yeah its not bad really. The hardest part was finding the correct pushers and receivers. Also the only bolt which sucked was the drivers side rear upper control arm rear bolt. So close to the fuel neck etc. For the upper rear control arm I used some plumbing fittings in copper and cast iron which worked perfectly. The bushings have the poly bonded to metal. Was hard to find something to both fit over the poly, and just barley small enough for the metal portion. I am in no rush so taking my time and several trips to parts stores/hardware stores to make sure I had the right stuff. Also I feel highly skilled with the press, lots of experience now. Overcoming some of the violent pops when the ball-joints let go etc is another thing.

Its been slow going the past few weeks. Working a lot of over-time. I also managed to sell my Harley to help fund this. Got started on rebuilding brakes. Procrastinating on dropping the front xmember. That's whats left to get front sway bar and steering rack bushings in. Then I can reassemble everything Ive taken off.

Thank you Sir. I just don't get the chance to ride since I got married and had my son. So its just losing value and gaining dust in the garage. Was time to let it go. I also recently sold my 68 Chevy C10 which I've had for a while. My garage feels so empty now lol:

Ok got a lot more work done. Finished the caliper rebuild, dropped front sub-frame and installed rack bushings and front sway bar. Also cleaned and painted some of the mounts.
I have fallen into the "spiral". Everything I take off/work on, I find more stuff to buy and install "while I'm at it".
Going to take this "opportunity" to also do complete engine/trans mounts. Just ordered the Torque Solutions 4 piece kit. Also exhaust hangers.
And because I am a little OCD I ordered most of the bolts/nuts and hardware I have removed new from mitsubishiparts.net.
All rebuilt!

Some smaller updates. Cleaned the knuckles. I think that's what they are called lol. Shot some paint at them too. Also installed ARP studs on Timken front hub/bearing ***. Still waiting on rear from mitsubishiparts.net. Also waiting on hardware from them to get start to put all this back together.
Got motor mounts replaced with TS pieces also.
