When your engine finally starts, does it roar up or lazily starts to run? When I get my car back together, I'm going to have a button to cut Fuel Pump Relay #2. I'm going to test to see if we're flooding the intake after shutting off engine. I'll stick a label "FUEL CHOKE" over the button.

The strange thing is on 91 it lazily turns on, but on E85 it roars up. Once the engine is warm though, they both roar up pretty easily. Something to do with cold start is bringing things down, but it very well could have been the injectors this entire time. I had them cleaned by RRE a few months ago, but now i'm sending them to FIC. Let's see if that makes a difference.

When I had RC1200 on my car, it roars up on 91 and lazily starts up on E85 (which is actually E78/79). But my injectors were clogged (See left side)

If you don't mind, can you ask FIC why when RC cleaned their 126 1650H injectors, they only flowed 1400cc@43 psi. Maybe they have special filters that is less restrictive?

I am not sure if that is something that FIC would know, but i'll give it a shot when they contact me about the state of my injectors. They will be receiving them today.

I had decent cold starts with the older low Z FIC 1050cc injectors as well. With today's tuning abilities though, cold start issues on pump gas should be a thing of the past. At this point I have not gotten that worked out yet lol.

Injectors arrived at FIC today. Awaiting flow test results. I'm having them clean them all and replace anything that needs replacing. Quick response time so far!

Nice! Your 2150 injectors looks just like my 1650. I wonder if they start with the same 1400cc and modify internal parts to make them flow more.

Aside from the color the 1650s and the 2150s are totally different. The biggest giveaway is that the 2150s require pigtails or some sort of adapter to wire them up where as the 1650s are plug and play. I just picked up a set of the 1650s myself. Cant wait to get them dialed in and see how smooth they operate.

what I don't understand is why mine tested to 1400cc @43 psi when it's supposed to be 1650cc but my stock came out to 560cc@43psi and my RC 1200cc came out 1200cc@55psi.

The FIC 1650's and ID1700's test at around 1550cc/min. Something was wrong with test equipment if yours were all at 1400.

1550cc at 43psi? And how can they claim 1650cc?

No kidding!! I feel like they're trying to trick consumers into buying their products, which drops my respect for them in my mind.
