Anyway, here is the my result after RC cleaned my FIC 1650cc injectors. 1400cc @43psi. I wonder if they test them at 50psi to get 1650cc. I look forward to see Ron's test results.

its like bytes or bits. Bits is always x8 bigger so they advertise that, or when you look at an amp and its got a peak wattage of 1000 but then rms is only 300.

I remember Boss amps had the peak watts rating. I opened up to see that 75% of the amp's weight was lead anchors and not circuit board and heat sink.

That would **** me off so much haha. If you're going to build a heavy amp, at least make the weight useful for something .

Injectors have shipped and are on their way back to me now. Great customer service and turn around time from FIC!

Injectors are here! That was literally a one week project time from pulling the injectors to installing them. Looks like FIC replaced the filter baskets in the injectors as well as the orings and these injectors flow more than what they are rated for. Here are flow bench results:

Correct! and with that evidence, it comes as no surprise that my starting issue STILL remains. Looks like it's a problem on 91 only, but ill verify that once I switch to E85 again....

Man, the car is almost setup to how I wan't it. Just two small problems left to fix.

1. This stupid starting problem.
2. A small rattle from the front bumper (I already know what's doing it)

I'm wondering now if the Walbro 450 has a check valve in it that could fail as well.

Have you asked Aaron about the startup thing? He may just need to play with some stuff in the tune...

It's a problem on one fuel, and not the other. It's not fuel pressure.

Around 43.5 as far as I can tell, probably less because the starter motor is taking most of the current during that time, but i'm thinking of looking into the tune next.

Correct, i'm thinking it's going to come down to an adjustment in the tune. I believe it's getting too much fuel at startup and that it was fine before because there was still residual E85 in the tank, which required more volume and actually helped start the car. I'm going to load Aaron's base map after work today to see if it changes anything just to make sure. His base maps tend to make everything behave well lol.
