R35 GT-R Powered AWD Evo - VR38 Swap

R35 GT-R Powered AWD Evo

#armchairtuner #vr38powered #AWD #Evo

Here we go, it might not suit everyone especially the Evo, Mitsubishi purists but this is a world first as far as I am aware. I'm currently in the middle of transplanting a built VR38 motor in to an Evo 8 shell. The car will remain AWD and should have much improved weight distribution and a small increase in power over the 4G63 engine it used to have.

The intended use will be street, strip and circuit trackdays when finished.

To follow the build progress in detail please look up and like the pages:
#armchairtuner on Facebook and / or Instagram.

i will also post a few progress shots here.

Even more curious would be the trans mounting/trans tunnel.
