the Evolution of my evolution (scalpel involved)

The day I bought my Evo it had a god awful body kit and cobra r wheels. But it had no miles. Loved the car, hated the stupid kit.

Transformation time happened shortly after when a dumbass had his tow truck line across the road down hill on a blind corner in the snow.

New bumpers, tail lights, and headlights. New radiator and radiator support. Cf bits and new front wings as well

So I was going to replace the skin only but once I cut it off it was worse than I knew so I kept going lol

lets put the damn thing back together shall we? Oh and btw I cut half the trunk out too because it was crumpled as well. Keep in mind I only had access to some lancer stuff at a scrap yard. But all are solid welds and done right.

I couldn’t edit the order of the pics. Got to sand and paint. Btw I never did body work ever until this car. So take it easy on me.

Looks good man! Good to see you take such a hands on approach with the car. The rear taillights, was it the tails themselves that meant they sat so far out or was it an issue with the body?
