Vex's "Evo-eclipse" build
 

Hi everyone, my first car is my 2000 Mitsu Eclipse GS. I've had it for 6 years now and over the time that I've spent upgrading it, it seems like it's turning more and more into an Evo with a body of a coupe.

So far I've upgraded the brakes with the oem brakes from the Evo 8 and I've got wheels on it that were meant to go on an Evo.

As of right now I've just finished rebuilding an engine for it and I am in the process of collecting Evo 8/9 parts for a turbo kit (I'm looking at going with an Evo 8 16G turbo, I think that the Evo 9 is a bit too big to fit in the engine bay without any major modifications).

I know :( but maybe in the future if I can get more money I can easily convert it to the Evo 8 awd system :)

I am sure you have heard it all before. I just poking fun. Hope you are not one to get mad about it. As long as you have enjoy driving it then nothing else matters. :D

Well, it looks like i'm committed now to going with an Evo 8 turbo setup, I got the first part of my eventual turbo build, Megan Racing O2 housing, from a fellow EvoM member (BrendanS)
