Hi!

I have been looking for evos for a couple of months and it is getting me nowhere!!

It has to be somewhere close to VA. not nessicerily in, but close to.

I am looking for a 05 but I would consider a 04. I donīt want a modified beast and I deffinetly donīt want an evo who has been modified and then un-modified! It has to be under warrenty.

I donīt want red or yellow, blue and white are considerable but black or silver are my desired. I donīt want an RS, as this is to be my DD and the RS is a little to raw for me.

I will pay CASH

the car has to get inspected by a reliable company such as AMS or Bushur.

If anyone knows anything or better, want to sell me their own. Please let me know!

I am thinking about selling mine. It is an 03 though. Has tons of mods all installed by buschur and tuned by Shiv from Vishnu himself. I have the dyno charts to prove it. I want to sell it as is will all the mods including the MP3/DVD/TV tunner. My signature line does not list all mods just a few. How much were you looking to spend?

like your rides but I will not buy them because:

1. my bank and later car loan givers wouldnīt back me up buying a modded car
2. My budget wonīt allow me having many problems that wonīt be covered under warrenty
3. I am going to med-school in a year and a half and I need to think of resale, 03 would be great if I didnīt have the need to be able to sell it pretty fast.

also Doug, you are in CA if I am not mistaking... I was thinking of buying a new from there but the shipping would be too much. I am going to be exporting the vehicle and once here, the price will almoust be double due to tolls, value-added taxes etc. shipping is included in FOB price.

The car has to be inspected by AMS or Buschur, and your looking for a car on the East coast near VA?? Isint AMS in Chicago and Buschur in Ohio?

I am in MD and was thinking about selling my black 04 EVO VIII, However I am not sure that it would be backed by warrenty. I could bring it back to stock, but thats not what your looking for.

Bushur might be in Ohio but I think AMS is in West Virginia or somewhere around that. but I was mainly talking about reliability.

The real AMS is not on the east coast or West Virginia. There is another Ams and they probably know there stuff but probably not like AMS from Il.

I pay cash but the bank is loaning me the cash. Then the bank loan will be changed to a regular car loan once it gets here.

And what do you mean with the later comment? Because I don't want it modded or unmodded? from what I have read it isn't so expencive to maintain if it isn't modified.

thanks but I don't think that is too tight. I like all the colours apart from two. and I want it to be a 05. There are plenty of those cars. No mods it does narrow it down a bit but there ar still a few around. But thanks for your replies guys, I think the car is found so I guess there is no need for this thread anymore!!

However, I wouldn't qualify for your modified category.

I can vouch for the condition of my car; TurboTrix installed all the parts.

I have about 2,800 miles in nearly 6-months; I picked it up on 9/10/05.
