Insurance goes up on the first to $313.00 a month. The absolute lowest I can go is $31,500. Great car just not willing to throw away over $300.00 a month just to drive it on the weekends.

Sorry but they are selling your exact car new with 0 miles for $30K... Unfortunately the auction price for your car used with those miles is more like $25K. I'm saying this knowing very well that I've lost $10K on my MR already (Love it and don't care...). If you can't go lots lower then I suggest keeping it...

5k miles 27k Buy It now.

I would keep it or sell for less and think about the $ you save from insurance.

they actually want 28.8K (just changed it from 28.5) for this car, so that 27K ebay price might be BS to get customers to call in,

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

regardless, i fyou live in cali, will you fly to PA, buy it and drive it back? what if you have a trade-in?

lastly, even if this car is perfect and the price is correct at 27K for a 38K msrp car, it doesnt mean that its a reflection of true market price. If i sell my X for 15K does it mean that everybody selling a X should now be asking 15K?

i would say though that private party for a stock sss, you should be able to fetch 27K

price is correct, I called.

they referred to "-This is an ebay internet special! Wholesale priced! $26995 Gets It! "

but yea your right he should be able to fetch more than that prolly 28,500 total. But it depends on the local market there. i know in houston (2.5hrs from san antonio) theres like NO evos but here in san antonio the dealerships cant give them away!

not trying to knock the OP just saying realistically in a market like this your gonna have to lose a few more bones.

I say keep it! try switching to geico or something, my insurance on my lancer went up to 170/mo for no reason, called geico and they offerd 135. I know you got the payout but who knows doesnt hurt to try (if you havent already)

anyway good luck with the sale.

my advice would be to keep it or try to switch insurance companys. theres no way youll get that much.

but if youre really making an effort to sell, put up some pics. no one is willing to buy w/out seeing pics of a car first.

pics upon request. lower pirce $30.000.00 I have called every insurance company possilbe and everybody is expensive. Hate to just park an evo in the garage and never drive it but it might come down to it. Just a heads up CarMAx offered me a really good deal, just wanted to give some one else a chance for a great car and at a good price.
