FS: 2005 Evo 8 Apex Silver with SSL (FL)-$19,500
Price Lowered to 19,000!!!
Selling my Evo to save money for out of state tuition for grad school in Chicago. The car is in excellent shape and comes loaded and the windows are tinted. The only major mod are the cams, the rest are just bolt ons. Has a tatrix cable and usb laptop hookup for the aem wideband so you'll be all set to log/tune if your interested in that. The engine is in excellent shape with no problems at all. All hoses have t-bolt clamps and there are no boost leaks.
Audio:
The audio inside the car is all top of the line.
Starting with
-7 inch Alpine IVA310 DVD LCD screen with their "pulsetouch" technology. The screen sends tiny vibrations to your fingertips so it feels as you are actually pressing a button.
-Speakers are all Boston acoustics, with component speakers up front with tweeters in the A-pillars.
-Bass is handled by JL audio. There is a JL 5/500 5 channel amp powering the system and the dual JL w3 8 inch subwoofers housed in a custom MDF box built by sound advice that dumps into the rear seat(optimal for the evo). The trunk is also dynamatted with their extreme formula. Also has a 225 dollar optima Yellow Top battery to manage the sound system so no worries about draining this battery!

There is well over $4000 worth of audio in the car and close to that in modifications. The cars msrp was 34,000 (still have the window sticker). I realize that engine modfications do not necessarily increase value but the audio is a nice upgrade and the lcd screen is nice too. The SSL package really makes the evo nice and the leather is in great shape.

NOTE: The screen can be set up in one of two modes, it can be set to manual mode where it will stay either out or in until the user pushes the button to expose/retract the screen. It can be set to "Full" mode where the screen will automatically retract when the car is turned off, and when the car is turned on, the screen will automatically deploy, this all happens without any buttons being pushed.

Picture 1: The Leather is in pristine condition, conditioned regularly and extremely well maintained.
Picture 2 and 3: The rear seats were rarely ever used the leather in the rear is practically brand new
Picture 4: Autometer Boost and Oil pressure guage, as well as the AEM EUGO wideband guage, also in the picture is a tweeter in the A-pillar just below the bottom guage and the turbo timer above where the drivers left knee would be.
Picture 5: Actual mileage just passed 73,000 yesterday, trying to not drive it.
NOTE: These are all highway miles, as a testament to how little the car is driven, my stock clutch lasted to close to 60,000 miles before being replaced with the ACT HD-TTP my TTP in Orlando, (By the way Scott if you see this, the clutch is working out great, thanks for the awesome job!)

Note: I have the serial cable set up for a USB hookup to log the wideband data, cable stays hidden underneath the passenger floormat

Notice the T-Bolt Clamps, these are used on all of the intercooler piping and you will never have boost leaks!

Kelly blue book value is $19,010 for this car completely stock. I'm asking just over that and look at what it includes, top of the line audio, and all the bolt on's you would want anyway without having to buy and install. Attached is a picture of the KBB values, the car is in excellent condition!

Thanks a lot man, I appreciate that. It's an amazing car, I'm going to truely be sad to see it go, but grad school is going to cost me about $80k.
Anyway, I found some pictures of the trunk after it was dynamatted with the extreme dynamat. These are pictures WITHOUT the carpet in place, there is a carpeted "floor" and a carpeted "wall" that sits flush with the amp and box. Inside the box are 2 JL Audio W3 8 inch subs. And the amp is a 5 channel JL amp.
With the dynamat, the car is very quiet inside and the sound system sound phenomenal. There are no annoying trunk rattles only crisp clean tight sound.
