Ok guys for sale is my 2003 fully built bby evo 8 with only 58,000 miles on the chassis. The build has less than 3,000 miles and everything was done by a professional shop. The shop that built the car is called performance motorsports out of new york. Please feel free to call them with any questions in regards to the build or the car. I am selling this car because I have some huge unforseen financial responsibilities that I must take care of. I am setting this price so low that nobody will pass up the offer. I bought this car september 24th off of a fellow evom member with intentions on keeping it forever and ever since this has been the color I have wanted since I started getting into evos. Unfortunatly, I must sell the car because I am expecting twins and I need to buy something more practical and family friendly. This car on october 7th, 2011 made 545hp at 28psi with a safe tune and absolutely no counts of knock at ipsmotorsports out of Columbus, ohio. The car will come with perfect condition factory wing, spare tranny (broke) stock turbo with 02 housing, stock rods and pistons, stock headstuds, lifters, tail lights, two keys with keyless entry and a few other parts.
The issues:
The transmission started to make a noise while the car was in neutral. When the clutch is in the car makes no noise at all. The car goes into each gear still. Im not sure if it is the throwout bearing or possibly input shaft bearing. Either way the fix between $400-$800 depending on where you take it. It is a shep tranny so you can send it to him if so desired. Other than that there is no issues. There is a clearcoat chip on the trunk lid but i've had that diagnosed and was told they would fix it for $250. All of the parts are new on the car and everything runs very well. The car starts up fine with no issues but will need to be towed because of the tranny issue. The car has $20,000 in mods and the bluebook is $16,400 so I think my price is more than fair.

This car is a great car and has no issues other than the tranny. I can personally make a video of whatever you would like. If you would like to hear the noise it is making or even a walk around. I am very motivated and the price reflects it. I will work with the buyer in whichever way they need. I bought this car sept 24th, 2011 for $24,000. I am taking a 9k loss. I'm not sure if I missed it, but why is it not driveable? My 03' used to make a noise under the same circumstances and I drove it for over 30k miles like that. It never got worse or better and I even tracked it and damn near doubled the HP/TQ while it was doing it.
