F/S- 08 Lancer Evolution GG (NC)- $23k
I picked up this car not too long ago and now I'm looking to get back into another older car or sell outright. When I bought the car I had the intention of keeping it for a long time. I have a kid on the way and the idea of a more refined Evo seemed to work better for me in that situation. I ended up buying a newer TSX for driving the baby and I really can't justify having this car sit around as I would rather pick up an older Evo to build a weekend car. Or if I could sell it outright, that means one less car I have to bring with me on my move.
Here is a for sale thread on autotrader with the basics:

The car has new brakes and rotors (over $800) and tires ($900- have receipts). It has an alignment from the local Mitsubishi dealership. They also warrantied the passenger rear hub as the wheel bearing was making a little noise.
It had a dime sized rock chip in the windshield, so I bought a brand new windshield (have receipt)
It has an ordinary amount of rock chips, as most cars with 50k mile do. The car still looks great.
Looking for trades plus cash unless you somehow have a ridiculously low mileage stock 9, then that is possible for a straight trade. Otherwise, the price is $23k firm. I believe this to be a great price for the car, so I am firm on it. I have the clean title in hand and have more pictures available.

Bump, $23k. That's probably the lowest I'm going to go as I'm already losing a few grand that I have into it. It is also probably the lowest price around for a clean titled, accident free, good condition X.
I'm driving it almost every single day now because I like the car so much. It's supposed to be a fun, occasional weekend car and I've put almost 1k miles on it in the last month. I hate admitting that the X is SO MUCH of a better daily driver than the older Evos, but it definitely is. Any other questions or requests, feel free to let me know.
