FS OH: 2006 Mitsubishi Evo 9 - full STU (autocross) prep

2006 Mitsubishi Evo 9 STU car - $23,000 STU trim, $19,000 w/o ASTs, $18,000 w/o ASTs or FN01RCs

Reason: I put down a deposit on an FR-S.

About the car:
74K miles.
I am the second owner and the original owner is a friend of mine and fellow autocrosser. If there is anything I don't know about the car, I can probably find out.
Boost has never been above stock as the car is prepped for STU and changes to the boost tables are not legal within the rules.

I am meticulous when it comes to caring for the car. The interior still smells and looks new. The exterior does have highway wear and tear (rock chips on front) that pair with its 74K miles.

It is an MR with SE trim package - rare. (SE front lip, red stitched seats, Aero package - lip extension, brake cooling fins, rear spoiler lip, diamond black wheels).

Current STU setup:

Cobb intake (along with a spare filter)
MAP Ported/coated exhaust mani
Invidia O2 housing
Cobb turboback with WORKS high flow cat
RS Tuned with stock boost on E85, 288whp - also has map-switching to run a 93oct map, 265whp
RS rear diff mod (the way it was meant to be from factory)
AST 5200 double adjustable coilovers
Neisi Mini Battery Kit
Binary Engineering seat lowering brackets
Hawk HP+ pads (resurfaced rotors and new pads this past spring)
17x9 +35mm 5Zigens w/245/40R17 Direzza Star Specs, lots of life left (only about 6000 street miles and 3 events)

Alignment via Jeff TheAlignmentGuy

This setup is basic but highly-competitive - I have a lot of experience with STU Evos I'm positive this is one of the fastest (if not THE fastest) STU Evo out there right now. Brandon Ranvek (previous owner) had done very well in it and in the events I've run in it it's usually dominated PAX or been close.

Other Notable items:
I have all stock items to go with the car except for the exhaust.
Stock Diamond Black BBS wheels with winters mounted.
Stock Bilsteins and springs with roughly 10K on them
Stock exhaust components/intake components
Stock clutch replaced at 38K with new stock (Still holding well)
Timing Belt and Radiator flush at dealership ~45K
Throttle Body seals replaced ~45K
Right front Caliper was replaced under Warranty at ~45K due to clear coat chipping
Replaced ACD pump at 65K
Always used Mobile1 Extended Performance with Mitsu filters
All factory fluids used and changed frequently
Full Clay Bar treatment and wax therapy every spring
Parked Last winter
Rear fenders are rolled

Current issues:
Windshield is cracked (can be replaced by insurance)
There is an ACD pump issue somewhere (3 solid ACD lights). I haven't looked into it much because it doesn't really slow the car down at all. As the ACD pump was replaced not too long ago it's likely it just needs to be bled, or possibly the ACD relay (I have a spare)
I'm fairly firm on the prices, but any questions or inquiries should be directed to me either through PM on here or to my e-mail: stu14evo at gmail.com

Thanks,

Andrew

As someone who recently built an STU car from scratch... save yourself some time and $$ and buy a car like this one that's sorted already. It is exponentially cheaper!
