I am selling my 2005 Evo IX SE. The car has about 46k miles on it and is in very nice shape. I bought the car bone stock with 33k on it in Jan of 2012. I have done a few mods to it that I would consider the standard bolt ons and makes 376hp on 93 octane.
I do not need to sell the car, but I would like to get something new. This car drives better than stock and is very quick. On 93 the car runs 27 psi of boost and 31 on e85. Although I have only ran a few tanks with e85 just for the tune.
I have meticulously maintained this car and changed every fluid (T-case, rear diff, coolant, transmission, brake fluid) at 35k. Also changed the oil every 3k miles. This car has never been in an accident and still has all original panels with the VIN sticker on them. Also has 20% Llumar tint that is about 1 year old.

I also have the paperwork for aftermarket parts purchased and some extras including a Rexpeed Type C CF spoiler and the stock SE lip.

Battery relocated to trunk using 2 gauge wire and a 200 amp circuit breaker.
Torque solutions front motor mount

Tuning:
Tuned by Tom at TSCOMP using ECUFLASH with the Tephra V7 mods which include speed density, dual map 93/e85, ecu boost control, drop boost when 3 counts of knock or lean AFR condition and much more.
