2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR 5-speed, SD, nicely modded, 70k miles

Selling my Graphite Grey Evo IX MR that just hit 70k miles. All maintenance is up to date and followed up with meticulously. Timing belt/components and water pump just replaced about 3 weeks ago. Fresh oil change and all differential fluids done at same time. Everything works including ice cold AC. Clean title and Carfax. Never been wrecked or had any paintwork whatsoever. Car is extremely clean and in excellant condition. Easily a 9.5 out of 10. Also, soon after the car was purchased I swapped in the much stronger 5-speed manual transmission. It no longer has the weak 6-speed in it.
Car is tuned on speed density. You no longer have to deal with all the stupid little issues a MAF car can have.
Car runs much smoother and has more potential on SD.
Very conservative tune at 20psi with AFR's right at 11.0 near redline.

Mods are as follows:
ETS intake
Buschur Racing turboback exhaust
TurboXS manual boost controller
AEM UEGO wideband
Autometer Pro Comp boost gauge
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Omni 4 bar MAP sensor
GM IAT sensor
Orbital double din head unit kit
Kenwood touchscreen head unit
AMS lightweight cross member
AMS rear trailing arm bushings
Freshly rebuilt factory Bilstein shocks/struts
Robispec springs
Whiteline roll center adjust kit
Whiteline bump steer correction kit
Whiteline sway bars
Stainless steel brake lines
Giro disc magic pads (kinda squeaky but grip amazing)
Giro disc rotors
Freshly rebuilt and powdercoated Brembos
Rexspeed type C spoiler
APR carbon fiber lip
Front bumper quick release kit (comes off in less than 30 seconds...it's wonderful)

$24,000 cash. May trade. No boats, bikes, or bs. Thanks. Located in Kansas City, MO.

off topic a bit, but i'm familiar with the quick release on the front bumper that replace the screws on the end which go into the fender. what else did you do to be able to get the bumper cover off that fast???

The screws that go into the fender have been replaced with a push button on each side. You just push each button and take out two other screws holding the bumper on and it comes right off. Love it.

so you left off the two bolts near the intcooler and the clips/bolts on the radiator support? i've been nervous to leave any of those off for fear of movement at high speeds.

P.S. thanks for the reply!

All the factory bolts have been replaced with speed screws/bolts. Not sure what to call them exactly. Kinda hard to explain the setup with you looking at it. Bumper is attached nice and solid. No issues on the highway or any other driving condition.
