2004 Lancer Ralliart - Central KY

Really hard for me to write this post. This car has been the absolute favorite I have ever owned. But I am trying to be a grown up (which sucks) and buy a house, so I need the car gone ASAP.

2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart
2.4l 4G69 engine
FWD Automatic Transmission (Not a bad thing! This is the only auto car I own and it performs flawlessly. My other car is a 5 speed Evo for reference...)
132,xxx miles

$4500 obo - No trades
Text or Call: 8five9-22seven-36four3

Car has been meticulously built and maintained by me for several years. Its been very reliable and fun at the same time. The Ralliart model is a bit misunderstood to the public. It is not an OZ-Rally. It has a bigger engine and better suspension from the factory than the other Lancer models. Also unlike the OZ it has side skirts and a front and rear lip. The interior came straight out of the Evo VII GTA model from Europe. And the wheels share hubs with the other Evo models so they are 5 lug instead of 4 like the base models.

There are also a ton of spare parts I have that we can workout in the price of the car. I have an entire other Ralliart (previously belonged to smike and otter) that I bought for parts a few years ago in my back yard. It is literally full of spare parts, and body pieces. I also have the stock wheels with snow tires on them for winter time.

The car gets pretty good mileage. I averaged 23mpg with mixed city/highway driving. And on several occasions got 30+ on the interstate. I did a handful of Autocross events back in 2014 with the car which was a ton of fun. The car handled really well. I was planning to turbo the car a while back but I ended up getting an Evo instead so that never came to be. I still have most of the turbo stuff if you would like to pickup where I left off. I can give you a list of everything you'll need to finish it. With the ARP headstuds I put in the car should handle 10+ psi with no problems.

Interior:
Pioneer Stereo
Kenwood enclosed sub
Evo 8 steering wheel
Blacked out pillars and headliner
All Weather "Lancer" floor mats
Aluminum "Lancer" door sills
White and Red accents (not over done)

Exterior:
Evo 3rd brake light
Evo 8 wing
AVS rain guards
JDM styled tail lights
Depo halo headlights with paint matched eyelids
STI lip
Mesh grille inserts
Shorty Antenna

Suspension:
Megan Racing Coilovers
Camber bolts on the front
Centric Calipers
Stainless steel brake lines
Powerstop pads
Powerstop drilled and slotted rotors
8mm wheel spacer on the back
10mm wheel spacers on the front
Motegi MR-125 wheels
BFGoodrich G-force T/A kdw tires
Whiteline Rear sway bar
Lower Tie Bar
Rear Strut bar
Ralliart front strut bar
Solid front and rear motor mounts

Engine:
Taylor battery box relocated to the trunk
Magnaflow Muffler
Deleted cat w/ unrestricted pipe
Ceramic coated and wrapped header
Injen short ram intake
Ported intake manifold
Ported and polished head
Thermal Throttle Body gasket
Thermal Intake manifold gasket
Throttle Body coolant bypass mod
Balance shaft delete
ARP head studs
IJ Crank Scraper
Tranny Cooler
RRE catch can
EGR and EVAP delete
RRM underdrive crank pulley
Tuned by Zip Tuning Canada

The Bad:
There is a small spot of rust that began developing a month or two ago near the driver side rear tire. About the side of a nickel now.
The trunk is stripped except for the false floor for the strut bar and battery box.
CEL is on due to removal of EGR, EVAP, and Cat. Could likely be removed with tune modification.
Driver door does not want to auto lock in warm weather, but acts fine in the winter.
Washer tank was removed.
Fog lights were removed.
Front bumper has been banged up, but is back together and still very solid.
A/C needs charged. Must have a pinhole leak somewhere as it slowly stopped working.

Thanks for looking!
