Basically unmodded!
PSI here in Tucson replaced the clutch with an OEM clutch about two years ago, but it has a non-OEM (lighter) flywheel because he said the price on the OEM one was insane and it wouldn't change the feel.
They also replaced the radiator with an all-aluminum one in the last year or so.
Also has non-OEM brake pads that don't shed a cloud of black dust on the wheels every time you use them.
Full alarm with hood, trunk and interior glass break sensors. Sony 50wx4 stereo (plays bluetooth audio and iPods). Alpine front speakers due to burnt out tweeter in 2015. Metallic window tint all around.
Timing belt done at about 59k. Also has a new crankshaft sensor and rebuilt starter last year (starter was precautionary). I have the paperwork for both of these.
Only major mechanical issue I'm aware of is SRS light, which was recently diagnosed as dead driver's side airbag. I'm knocking off about $1500 for that one.
Interior is probably a 7.5 due to hauling a bicycle in the backseat occasionally (and having scratched the plastics a bit doing so). The Recaros have been under seat covers for all but about the first three months though and everything else is pretty clean.
Exterior is probably 8.5 too. The plastic strip across the top of the tail fin was peeling (NOT the clearcoat on the flat part, just the tiny strip of plastic on the edge!) so I plastidipped it just to stop further sun damage. Brembo's have turned fairly brown at this point. Passenger side was repainted due to car being keyed from headlight to taillight by some ***-hat at a mall, but it was quality work and unnoticeable. Clearcoat on the headlights flaking slightly.
Never in any accidents. Never tracked. Reason I'm selling it is visible in some of the pics! (Focus RS)
