Hey guys, I'm putting my evo 8 up for sale and need help determining the price.

Details:
Car WAS running as of 2 days ago. I think a valve or lifter or somerhing let go in the head. Car cranks without intereference but cranks easier as if timing belt let go (timing belt is fine - can see it through clear cam cover).

SPECS:
201K miles (Loved all of those miles)
2nd Owner
Daily Driven, mainly freeway miles
Vishnu Stage 1 Plus Tune
290HP at the wheels on a Dynodynamics dyno
HKS Cams 264/272
HID adjustble headlights, some fogging but not terrible
OEM cam gears (had and tuned for adjustable cam gears set at -3/-3, replaced with oem after wearing out)
OEM exhaust with cat / passed last CA smog check
Will come with Vishnu Standard 3" SS exhaust
Sun roof works
Heater knob broke. Replaced with oem fix kit and broke again.
Heat and AC work great
New AS tires, less than 3000k miles
EXTRA wheels only, bad tires, Rota SVN Graphite Grey 18x9 +30 come with the car
Tein SS coilovers, many miles bit still rides fine and adjustable
Front lip - some tabs broke but still securely on
5 speed
New Competetion stage 2 clutch put in by Speedelement with 25K on it now. Last clutch lasted me 110K just for reference (Act HDSS)
Blacked out tail lights (Evo Dave)
Original interior except heavy shift knob installed
Eclipse CD player not working, Radio works fine
Shorty antenna
Wing removed - will come with oem real carbon fiber wing. Will need install kit STMhas them I believe
All lights and windows and moon roof open and close
Tinted windows from original owner
Brake calipers faded
Rear slotted brakes
Front oem Brembo rotors and aftermarket pads 40% approx left
Paints in good shape
cleans up nicely and drives good. Not as stiff as it was new... has 200k on chasis.

More to list but not sure at the moment.
Pics to follow with screenname in next couple hours. On tow truck now (insert crying face)

you would be lucky to get anymore than 10k but as it sits id say 8700$ Just my opinion

Probably not a timing belt issue if it isn't broken. When was the timing belt last changed out?

Sucks to see you sell it.

Its probably worth 8k with a damaged head. 12k-14k if you can get it running.

Timing belt was last changed 33k miles ago.

I jist bought a 2014 Camry and sadly thw evo needs to go. I'll be back in one in the near future. I'm certain of it.

Thanks everyone for your input...well..the few that did...I'll post this for sale TODAY at $8500 OBO and go from there.

I'll hopefully be back in an Evo soon!!
