A complete stock (no performance mods at all)
Mint condition inside and outside

15% window tint all the way around (I believe)
Runs flawlessly

Second owner (I changed my name on title, so vehicle information like CarFax will show I am a third owner)
Never launched and autocrossed.

I bought this Evo on April 24, 2015 with ~8000 miles. I had Evo 9 (~400awhp/~400awtq) previously, so I was going to mod this Evo like before. However, as I got old (yes, I realized I can't stop time fly), my knee got worse. So, I decided to sell this Evo. Thus, I am not desperate to sell it. So, please no low ball offers!
The car is financed through a local bank, and the title will be transferred to a new owner when the loan is payed off. As you may know, the new owner and I would meet at the bank, and a banker will take care of the rest. It will be a simple and smooth process.
