Evo IX WW GSR 65k miles, STOCK!

I bought her on April 18th 2017 for $30,000, I rolled over 61,000 that day on the drive home. I had dreams of having this car as a daily driver for many years to come! I bought a second Evo IX and have been thinking of selling. Car is in way better shape than when I got her, I've put several thousand dollars worth of work into her. please read everything.

Currently 64,495 miles as of today(3/17/18), will go up very slowly. I put 3500 miles on her in 11 months of ownership.

2006 EVO IX WW
Vin: JA3AH86C76U059186
STOCK!
PASSES SMOG!
ALL MAINTENANCE UP TO DATE!

PROS:

BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR:

All vins match
All glass is OEM and original with vin etched in
Car is stock!
60K mile service was done by Massimo power down south back in February(2/16/17), I don't have receipt but talked to shop manager who remembered the car and how well maintained it was.
New timing belt
New serpentine belt
New water pump
New spark plugs
New transmission fluid
New rear differential fluid (All fluids were REDLINE)
All new Pulleys
Engine oil and filter changed
New window tint installed this year (I have receipt)
Brake pads are at 50% as of 63k miles (StopTech)
Clutch was replaced around 40K miles(I believe it was OEM style ACT)
Tanabe Lowering springs
Rear wheel wells have been rolled slightly
Rexspeed wicked white vortex generator
Rex speed Carbon fiber splats
OEM JDM rear bumper with crashbeam modified
OEM SE lip

SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR:

Set of OEM BBS wheels professionaly powder coated white
Set of NEW OEM lug nuts
NEW Falken Azenis 615 (255/40R17)
NEW Stainless steel brake lines (from RRE)
NEW Stoptech brake fluid
NEW OEM evo ix steering wheel with airbag
Newer OEM door panels(old ones were slightly worn on arm rests)
NEW leather shift boot with red stitching
NEW leather armrest cover with red stitching
NEW Double din Kenwood stereo, this thing rocks!
NEW Double din faceplate kit
Newer red stitched SE seats, bought them from Australia where they are RHD so Drivers seat has minimal wear!
NEW OEM window trim tape(removed window visors and the 3m tape had worn old window trim)
NEW OEM in cabin air filter
NEW Engine oil and Filter changed on 2/12/18(redline 10w-40, oem filter)
I'm probably forgetting something, but this is most of it.

CONS:

It's an 11 year old car that has some usual wear and tear.

1) Worst spot is on the trunk, theres is a quarter size piece of clear coat that came off when the previous owner removed a trunk lip, its been touched up.

2) SE Lip has been scraped up a bit, mostly from previous owner. I'm not a big fan of the lowering springs and definitely blame them for a few scrapes I put on the lip myself.

3) Previous owner pulled the front fenders slighty, they didn't do a great job. The passenger fender is in great condition, the drivers side fender is slightly off.

4) Whoever did the previous owners HVAC relocation and Double din install did a great job but neglected the cut the bracket that holds the HVAC, everything works perfectly, except you can't turn the knob on the right to the full left setting. Here's a how to video on youtube that explains(skip to 3:45), if I had a dremal I could fix it:

5) On 8/22/17 I was pulling into the smog certificate place a block from my house and a guy rear ended me, it was super minor. I attached photos of his car and mine. All work was done professionally and with OEM parts.
note: ALL PHOTOS ARE from AFTER I've gotten the car back from the body shop. (except the few from that day)

Just paid registration in February, also got her smogged and oil/filter changed.

Since I bought her for 30k and have only improved her and spent over 5K on all the goodies I feel 30K is a fair price. All my improvements are your gain.

30k as is

28k- you bring your own rims and tires, I get to keep the white bbs and tires. Also I’ll put on a slightly worn evo 8 steering wheel and keep the brand new one.

Feel free to text me: (310) 948-5405

Best, Roberto

Actually, my other evo was from there, I got her from the guy who won the auction, he only drove her 900 miles before I bought her for 30k from him. Evos don’t go for that much on that site surprisingly.
