I have an opportunity to buy a friends IX RS for track duty

Up for sale is a mint WW Evo MR edition with just hitting 38K miles. I am ONLY the second owner of this car. I bought it from a couple in San Jose, CA in 2014 with 20k miles completely STOCK. This car has been STOCK for 35 of the 38k miles. All of the work has been done by my self, except for the clutch which was done by a reputable person in the local Evo community. This car is very well maintained, with Zero mechanical issues. As you can see below, no expense was sparred when choosing the small amount of modifications done to this car. pics have RPF1’s but they will come with the MR BBS rims. Interior is 10/10. Exterior is 9/10. There is a rather large scratch on the drivers side rear door(pic below), the front Brembos are unfortunately no longer bright red(lost color on first track day) and normal rock chips in the front. This Evo has never been a daily driver and always garaged kept. Evo will come with ALL of its original parts! I’ve also included a timeline of the cars life in my possession.

Timeline:

Feb 2014 Purchased car 20k miles second owner

Nov 2016- all modifications were done on this Evo, tuned by English Racing 91/E85
