2006 Lancer Evolution MR. ($21 k)

I have finally made the decision to let go of my beloved 06 MR. I'm at a point where a more practical vehicle is in order. Therefore, have decided to let the evo go to a good home, and an owner who will appreciate and take a good care of the car. I'm the 3rd owner, purchased from 2nd owner in San Francisco, Ca. This car has been in California its entire life. So you know this Evo is rust free, and straight as an arrow. Here's the rundown.....
****2006 Lancer Evolution MR w/96k on the body, but with less than 26k on new OEM short block with built head. GSC S2 cams with supporting behive springs and retainers. ARP studs. HKS GT7460 II Turbine with full Tomei exhaust setup. The mod list is fairly lengthy, therefore, i'll forward the list to the potential buyers at this time. Car was built and serviced by FFTEC. Entire built sheet can be provided without a problem. Car made a very conservative tune @350whp and 321tq on 91 pump gas (Have dyno sheet). It also has a dual map setup, e85 ready. Many will ask, "why not make more power?" Well, my car was not built to drag race, but with every intention of making a safe and reliable power to enjoy for the street. IMO, my most enjoyable aspect of the car is the custom re-ulpholstered Evo X Recaro with evo 8/9 rails. It has red sued center with black sued sides. Seat itself is much more comfortable than the evo ix Recaro. It also hugs the body much better. The car is in excellent condition(California car), and holds a clean and clear title. No launches, no drag racing, no none sense, no BS. All oil changes have been done @ 3000 miles interval or less to ensure clean and healthy motor. The car currently has a loan through my bank. We will conduct all of the transaction inside the branch to ensure the buyer the peace of mind that, as soon as the transaction has been completed, the title will be mailed to the new owner in a timely manner. The car will also come with all of the oem parts to new owner. I'm asking $21,000 firm for a very quick sale. Msg me if interested. Thank you for looking.
