Adult owned, single owner, garage stored its whole life, and it spent most of its life in Virginia, free of the salt. So she's in great shape for her age.
BBS Rims w/ Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires. Tires were replaced in fall 2017 with a ton of tread left.
Girodisc 2-piece front and rear slotted rotors, Girodisc braided steel brake lines, Motul RBF600 Brake fluid used.
Rotors were replaced at 130k miles
Ultimate Racing 3" High-Flow Ceramic Cat, w/ new wide-band front O2 sensor in Nov 2017.

(3) Defi Gauge Pods mounted on A-Pillar (52mm, 2 1/16")
There are (3) Depo Racing Gauges (A/F ratio, boost/vacuum, & oil temp.) mounted, but are currently disconnected. Everything's there if you want to swap them out. Just plug and play. Haven't been able to
Stock down-pipe modded with 2nd wide-band O2 sensor bung
I'll throw in the oil filter manifold to remount an oil temp and/or pressure gauge.
OEM Turbo & Exhaust manifold replaced at 148k miles in Nov 2017 by Art Moran Mitsubishi.
DC-SST Transmission replaced at 153k miles with 2012 donor transmission with 32k miles on it.
Timing chain was replaced at 55k miles under warranty, with new guides and pulleys. It's the stronger timing chain now that's less prone to stretching with more leafs per link.
Replaced AYC pump in 2016, fuel pump relay early in her life to a solid state relay.
All recalls have been done, including the recent sunroof one (glass & brackets replaced).
Still kicks like a mule. Should be good for another 100k miles or more if you treat her right.
