Is This For Real?

Yes it is! Due to the inevitable circumstances of growing up, and the responsibilities that come with it, I am unfortunately facing the reality of selling my custom and beloved Evo VIII. If you, or somone you know, is interested in a completely custom VIII, please post up here and let me know what you think she's worth. Please...only serious offers. The potential for sale is there and strong, so make me an offer I can't refuse!

This is your opportunity to own a part of the Evolution history. The car below is a 2003 Evolution VIII, and one of the first 50 to make landfall in the United States back in 2003 aboard the very first ship. I am the original owner and the car now dons only 36,117 local miles. It should be known that I was in an unfortunate accident a few years back, with damage being limited to only cosmetic with the exception of two lower pullies. The engine was pulled and the frame tested. I give you my word there are no ill effects as a result of the collision, and it was the collision that opened the door for me to upgrade the body kit and hood. The car runs extremely strong with only one mechanical issue to mention, and that is the very beginning signs of minor clutch slippage in 4th gear while WOT. The car has been regularly maintained as per :mitsu: recommendations and has never been raced or tracked. It was properly broken in and shows no signs of burning oil, which is a tell-tale sign of an improper break-in period for the 4G63. I take a lot of pride in both my car and my work and I assure you that I have meticulously cared for this car. It pains me to even have to consider parting with her. The car has been garaged, with the exception of when I have to take it to work. I am a Firefighter/Paramedic, and while at work, the car would sit outside overnight. I took great care to dry it off every morning after work. This car turns heads all the time. I have received multiple offers to be featured in car magazines, but have not yet accepted any offers. This Evo is stunning, even with the minor disclaimers below. The car is tastefully and safely modded as noted below...

*The oil pressure gauge is not currently functional, as my hectic schedule has not allowed time for complete installation. I have the sender and all equipment to finish the installation.
**The Enkei OR52 wheels pictured above will most likely not be part of the potential sale. The stock Enkei wheels are in superb condition with only approximately 5,000 miles on the wheels and stock Yokos. The Yokos literally look like new.
**The LED lighting and supporting electrical modifications will also most likely be removed and replaced with standard filament bulbs. This is something that can be arranged with a potential buyer.
**This is a 2003 Evolution VIII and my daily driver. Though it is only driven locally, it should be known that typical daily driver damage is present, such as minor pebble chips on the front bumper. A minor patch of rust is presenting itself over the passenger side rear wheel. It is minor, but in need of attention before it progresses. It appears as though water made its way under the clip where the rear bumper attaches to the rear quarter panel.

Like I said, this car demands attention wherever it goes. The offers to be featured in magazines speak for itself. So...now it's up to you. Make me an offer I can't refuse! Don't hesitate to ask questions. I will be quick to respond and honest. I have nothing to hide.

As it turns out, my lame Dell computer isn't letting me open up the "Manage Attachments" section to add pictures. I'm going to host the pics somewhere else and provide a link. Sorry for the delay. It shouldn't take much longer.

I usually don't like two tone cars but I like that paint scheme a lot, nice work.
