Owners
I'm the third owner. The first owner was an old man that didn't have the car for very long. The second owner drove the car to about 26,000 miles. The only modifications he did was add H&R springs, 20% tint, and painted EVO X into the intercooler with the proper paint. I've had the car since March 2012 and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately I have to get rid of it due to my wife and I having our 2nd child. The modifications list is below as I took careful planning choosing the quality aftermarket parts that went on this car. It is my daily driver that I take to work about 50 minutes away everyday. This is why the mileage has spiked this past year, mostly highway miles. Never had an issue with it.

I have most of the stock parts to put back on.
I have the low evo wing. Trunk holes are plugged with vinyl on top of them.
New rear pads and turned rear rotors
I have new front pads but haven't put them on because they aren't needed yet
New differential, transfer case fluid at 45k with Diaqueen
New transmission fluid at 45k with Redline Cocktail
Extra ballasts and bulbs for the HID Headlights
Stock Enkei 18" x 8.5" +38 or BBS RGR 18" x 9.5" +25

I did a lot of research when it came to tune the evo and found an excellent tuner.
It was tuned by DMT tuning by Daniel Perez and made 382 Horsepower / 380 Torque and turned down a bit from there.

Minor Issues

I just noticed one of the fog lights are out. So needs a new bulb. Throws the rear O2 code due to the testpipe. Minor scuff on bottom of rear fender, not noticeable only if looking for it. Rubbed some of the passenger side wheel well guard off due to the bigger tires and fixed the rubbing issue.

I'm pretty firm on the price.
