Hi have a stock Evo 9 turbo for sale. It only has about 7,000 miles on it and has not seen boost over 23 lbs. It's in excellent/mint condition.

I took it straight off my Evo IX. If I remember correctly, the turbo will fit an Evo VIII BUT you need a conversion kit (for the oil lines I think.)

You might want to double check the forums on that.
