wow came in to see the turbo for sale now im in the drama before the lock!

i read the post by dapper dan on the driven2modify forum- threatening lifes and racial slurs.. dont even bother with that bum just get your money back= you dont need to beat up people like that, im sure they have it coming from lots of others!

u said everythings being sorted out through our texts... all you are telling me and keep telling me is that all the shiet that is in my car now is mine and its how i dropped it off...

please explain trader vic ct9a forsale threads... almost all my parts are listed for sale... i am pulling off my oil pan tomrrow if i can make time around my work schedule and see what else is missing or is not mine..

sometime in in sept/october I sent my turbo to force performance to get it upgraded to a red got it back slapped that on and during the 2 month wait I also picked up gsc s2 cams and clutch rod bolts snow performance meth kit (came without fail safe) and a tune… not doing much work on and evo and read that the transmission is one of the hardest things to do I decieded to go with nick a local tuner and mechanic that does decent work and is price friendly.. so I dropped off my car sometime in november of 2008 on a Friday night at nicks house and picked it up Sunday morning.. a day and a half of work.. everything seemed cool except he told me that my idle valve controller got fried during the tune ( I was idling like 1500-2500 and that I need iridium part plugs a sunauto ignition amplifier and a fail safe.. I said ok ill get all those parts and get back to you..I didn’t check my transmission to see is that was mine.. had no intention since the transaction went smooth and nick was pretty cool about everything.. quoted me $1000

so I got my plugs failsafe new idle control valve and everything for a tune.. I came back to nick around end of march early april and during the tune nick ran into problems my boost didn’t go past 18 psi… so he went back checked things out and switched two hoses at the failsafe solenoid he said he thought he had put it on backwards so we pull out to do another pull (him driving) it stops at 18 psi 4k rpm and held it there for a sec then booom I snapped a rod white smoke everywhere…
so my car is 3 hrs away from home to pricey to tow it anywhere.. I decided to have nick get my car up and running… dru was there picked us up while my car got towed back to his place… and I decied to go with a 2.3L stroker build… I had asked if it would be cheapr to go directly through bushur or ams and he had told me he can use his local machine shop and save some money.. ok cool I agreed he had already have done drus care so I felt a comfortable. I had told nick to order all the parts that I need and I will take care of the bill as long I can have all my receipts etc.. we agreed.. now 2.5 months later 3rd week of june I pick up my car I first noticed my emp o2 dump it looked different and was bent at the tip as if it hit something.. I tried to check for my turbo for it to say “pham red” but he had put the stock heat shield on and I didn’t wan him to think that i had the impression that he would rip someone off and just took the car without asking him to take of the shield. I should of.. and I didn’t have a stock heat shield when I dropped it off.. and slowly i start noticing things… first was my oil change.. my OIL FILTER IT WAS EFFEN USED had dents an dings all over and the oild filter was for the new 08 lancer long and skinny… not a 4g63 oil filter short and fat.... I was pissed and began looking around for anything else noticeable… I noticed a tranny bolt missing my battery ground was not bolted down.. and one of my tranny studs was missing.. wtf… then the transmission had a yellow tint to it looked older then my tranny.. so I check the vin# and ofcourse it did not match my car vin#.. so I contacted nick and he told he prolly had it mixed up with someone elses tranny..i did my research and found that it was off an 05 white evo still registered in florida.. he had told me that there was a white evo 05 about a year ago and told me that if he would of gotten it mixed up then it would of happened the first time he did my work..(bates my other evo friend had nick fix the timming on his car and he had mentioned that he saw a white evo when he was there..

and a last night I came upon mr. k20turbo that was selling a fp red and it happened to have my name one it.. so today I got things settled with k20turbo..

josh macroni had been talking to about nick and he had agreed to help me get the parts on my car back.. after texting with nick not so willing to help but willing to tell me that everything on the car is mine and it was how I dropped it off.. I told nick that im tired of all this bullshiet because I’ve already have proof of what he had done. And I just want my parts back. Here are the parts listed that I received back on my car that don’t belong to me..

few things that i have noticed that are not mine.
the transmission that i got was not mine vin #Ja3ah86d55u027036
my car vin # is JA3AH86C16U062505

my emp 02 dump.. i have some banged up non-brand 02 dump.. reason i can tell that this is not my emp 02 dump is because it has 3 weld marks on the dump tube emp only has 1. trader vic ct9a(nick) had a emp 02 dump up for sale along with my turbo that sold to k20 turbo.

you had me purchase a ac condensor and told me that a piece of my rod flung through and made a whole in my ac condensor.. my question to u is then how is my stock radiator still use able? u had a for sale thread under trader vic ct9a on a ac condensor.. I want 85 bucks back for that condenser I paid for that I did not need.

my fp red turbo.. k20turbo who bought it from you is aware and is willing to work with me... here you are going to give me CASH the amount of what k20turbo paid for the turbo and I will give you back drus turbo.. then I will pay k20turbo back and get my turbo back from him…

also I cant tell if my cams are the gsc s2’s I have pics I will prolly have evovin post them for me cuz I do not know how.. to tired to figure it out..

NICK I just want my parts back as I have listed QUIT giving me the run around that that transmission came with my car... I am the only owner and you are the only person who has worked on my car. I KNOW you know where everything I just want my parts back..

Note* my business partner happens to be a lawyer here in ms and he is aware of this matter. I want to stay away from legal matters and just want my parts back..

Sorry guys this is pretty choppy for I have had to type it twice.. its been a very long day contacting vendors ppl and figuring all this out..


Anyone know how I can check to see if my transfer case is actually mine is there a vin #? Im gonna take off my oil pan tomorrow hopefully if I can make time and see if I have the 2.3 or upgraded rods..

those pics are still wrapped in plastic thanks though.. i already emailed greg at gsc but they are out for the bushur shoot out and prolly wont get back to me til monday.. i have the first version of the gsc s2 cams..

also on the second pic on the exahust cam in the middle it looks like something has been grinded off there.. now i know my new gsc s2 cams didnt have anything grinded there i could be wrong.. help please

i happend to get in contact with josh(awdstroker) on his local forums theres the link.. from what he has told me he is good friend of nicks(dapper dan) and had told me he has seen my kit at nicks house along with a used 2.4l crank..and that he mentioned he had bought my I beam rods and crank(new) off my kit. so im thinking he sold my new parts and bought old parts to replace and pocketed the profit..some shady stuff im slowly finding out.. but until i can rip apart my motor and really find out whats truley what i have ill let you guys do the rest of the reading

How many miles do your gsc s2 supposidly have on them? They look like non stock cams but look like they have some good miles on them as well.
