Just want to let ppl know that this transaction was fraud and I never received the ic. Do not trust this seller and any mods can pm me or just refer to the other threads started by this op.

in order to recieve the cash he has to show ID with a matching address as well. i used to work at a bank that did western union, and is what we had to do. so he should be busted pretty quick.

This guy is just another scammer...stay clear and report him to the FBI...he'll get his real soon...
It amazes me the moderators have not locked this guy out yet (3 cases of fraud ???)....
