are the headlights plug and play?

The headlights themselves are plug and play. The Halos need to be wired up. they are a simple 3 wire hook up.

so if i dont care about the halos, the housings use the same as stock bulbs and everything?

yep, the headlights and assemblys are a direct fit and connection, no modifications are needed to instal these to your factory housings.

Do you happen to have the AC/heat control unit, licence plate light assembly, rear passenger tail light, front grill, rear bumper reinforcements (under bumper cover) and if car was yellow rear bumper cover?
