yes I will ship ,im located in Illinois, greyhound would be the cheapest depending on location it should be around $85 to ship it

Doesnt look OEM. The hole by the license plate isnt the correct shape. Also hard to tell, but no removable tow hook cover.

mitsubishiparts.net doesn't come with tow hook cover either and it's oem. 30 dollars extra
