does the gauge pod fit right, it looks way off to me.

Fit is like 8/10, like everything carbon fiber, could use a little adjustment or professional install.

is the panel for 52mm or 60mm gauges? and is this a replacement piece or does it stick over the stock bezel?

Its a seperate piece. You just bolt it on like the stock piece and its for a 60mm. But I am sure you can get it to fit 52mm.
