I have an '08 GSR and it mounts fine.
You can also use the OLD BT wiring that is preexisting in the car [Above the glove compartment].
LANCER/OUTLANDER BLUETOOTH KIT Part # MZ313819 comes with some of the pieces you may need if you want BT. [Also depends if you already have Steering wheel controls] Other than that you can also install it without BT, use it as NAV, Music Server, Sirius Radio, Etc and need nothing else.
The one caveat is that AFAIK the ONLY FUSE compatible MMCS navs are the N-04 and the N-05, I don't believe that the N-03 is, more digging or some testing will have to be done.

Yup the n-03 wont work with the fuse system but it will install just fine to an 08..
You should lower the price to have better luck selling it, thats Kind of pricey for an 03 tbh.
