BC BR Coilovers/Seen better days/Dirt cheap
For sale a set of BC BR Coilovers for a Evo VII-IX
These were used in 1-2 northeast winters and completely rusted to hell in that time. Pulled them off a locals car that went with a Bilstein set up.
Good thing is BC will send you all components seperately, the shock bodies were replaced once and prob only have a couple thousand miles on them. These can be fully rebuilt to look brand new with parts from BC cheaper than buying a new set for sure.
The bad is that all 4 Spinga coating is completely gone and springs are rusted (can be painted, coated or better yet upgraded to Swifts), rust around the upper pillow ball mounts, lower mounting pieces have the coating chipping right off as well
But the shocks themselves should have some life in them yet as stated all 4 have been replaced once with only a couple thousand miles on them since then. The other parts can be bought directly from BC, sent out to be recoated if you desire even, also can be set up and revavled with a nice pair of Swift springs. I believe I even have the spanners wrenches for adjusting right height or pre load.. Threads on the shock body's are not damaged in Any way, nor inside the lower mounts if one chose to get them recoated vs buying the components from BC
On with the Coilovers
Asking 200 shipped OBO for these in the lower 48. You could 100% make them look new and function as such for far less than their 1k price tag new.
PM me with any questions
Thanks
