What hardware is included with the 5pt bar

the beatrush supplied replacement bolts/lock washers/washers and theres one metal spacer that gets installed with one of the bolts. thats all.{thumbup}

does the beat rush plate holder work for american plates? I just bought one and the hole dont line up with it
