If they wasnt painted BLUE............... Can you take powder coating off? or is it permanent like paint?

Any flaws in powder coating? Chips from dismounting?

No you just can't wipe it off but you can get it repowder-coated or painted. It cost me $500 bucks just to get it powder coated candy blue over chrome, but a typical black or silver is $200 bucks .

Wheels are recently powder-coated last season with less than 1000 miles on them. Theres no rock chip what so ever at all PM your number if you want up close detailed pictures. Also I'm not parting out at the moment.
