all four are mint. i bought these about 2 months ago and had them powder coated gloss black then sold them to a buddy. he lost his job so i bought them back. they havent had tires mounted since the powder and they had no rash before being powder coated so they are pretty much perfect. great condition center caps included. looking for $1200 obo
