I never wound up running these lug nuts and they've been sitting around for a little while. I never opened the package (I took a picture of the staples on the package in tact). I'm just trying to clear out some crap for an upcoming move.

Are these the kind that come with the additional lock for added security to keep your wheels/tires from getting stolen and left on concrete blocks?

Yes, lock nuts that require a special key are included for each wheel {thumbup}
