they are brand new so no miles on them at all. i dont think you need gears. idle will pretty close to stock.

 

No gears needed. You use the adjustable cam gears to fine tune them.
The idle will be lumpier than stock. Suggested to get the stock ECU flashed to compensate, or get standalone tuned.
