I have a tactrix cable laying around that I used for tuning of my car.. Has just been sitting around. This is the real tactrix cable for Mitsubishi evo's.

Why is this pinned differently than others? I have seen them with 3 black wires in the white plug and no pin in the bottom left of the obd.

 

The OBDII port just needs to be faced the other way.. I just took it that way for pictures (the way it was sitting in my garage). and the white plug (logging plug).. typically has a butt connector type of plug in it (1 pink joining into another.. male and female end). but I let my friend use it and he took it off and just put a new connector on there because it was getting in his way when he was driving.. those are not connected very well.. and end up coming loose.

It is stable now and was used recently.
