Just throwing this out there, but I have some gsc s2 mivec cams that I would be willing to trade. They have some pitting on one of the lobes, but most guys on here have said it could be cleaned up easily at a machine shop.

I'm not really sure...I bought them from a member on here (workel2man911) and he said they had only been run for 1k miles and he removed them to go to s3 cams. When I noticed the pitting, i already had my head torn apart and needed it back together asap, so I elected to just get some new cams overnighted from MAP.
I could maybe throw like 100 bux in on my end to sweeten the deal, if you are interested. If not, I understand....

Yeah I tried to get the seller to take them back, but it had been a few months since I purchased them so he assumed I caused the damage.....whatever.
Anyways, thanks for entertaining the offer.....can't say I blame you, since I chose not to run them either. I got mixed opinions on here....some said they are junk, most people kept telling me to just clean/polish them up and run them, but i was uncomfortable, especially since this was a track car. I've just never seen pitting like that on a lobe, so i assume your mechanic is probably right, oil starvation of some sort.

My FMIC is still for sale BTW!!!! It ain't perfect looking as you can see but works perfectly in making power and looks great behind the front bumper.
