MHI housing has the twin scroll design to spool slightly faster and is capable of a bit higher torque, but the newer SS housing from FP can reach slightly higher hp numbers, sacrificing the twin scroll exhaust inlet/flange design.

I rather have MHI housing

Single scroll housing kills the point of a stock frame turbo for me....For that id rather just do a t3 set up.

What's the 'upgraded' turbine wheel about? Is it the newer version FP is using or is that something he is doing?

I can see what you mean there. At least with the MHI housing the turbo is a true bolt on. While the SS housing makes you deal with a new o2 housing, wastegate, and downpipe situation.

FP uses a standard 11-blade wheel, this one is 9-blade.
Slightly slows down the spool time but I’m return you get better top end.

Actually it doesn't slow down the spool because it is lighter wheel. It spools at least the same and makes more power at same psi than the 11 blade. I have the 9 blade wheel in my jb black at the moment.

...great turbo for sale here

Yes, 9 blade has less mass, so it should spool faster overall (but instant spool is slower) and should have less back pressure in manifold since gap between the blades are larger.
