Used for about 500 miles only. I had a shifting issue I thought this would clear up, but it turned out to be a clutch issue. I no longer need this.

it cuts down on engine movement during the unloading/loading experienced during fast shifting, so yes it does help the shifts. It won't cure shifting issues due to a screwed up clutch though (my case) {thumbup}
