There is no difference between a 10mm offset wheel or a 30mm offset with a 20mm spacer. Both put the tire in the same spot and apply loads to the bearing in the same direction.

11-11.5 would be best primarily because the 315s typically call for max 11.5 wheel. Its a bit arbitrary and I do know the Rival 315 does perform better on a mustang with a 12" wheel over an 11".

The front is around 27.25" from fender to ground on a stock wheel and rear is 1/2" shorter. It did vary a bit with different trims but this has been the best Ive been able to sort out.
