I will say though what you're experiencing is most likely not from preload on the bushings but it's a good idea to eliminate it anyway.

I don't understand why you want a 4330 crank so badly? 4330 is worse than 4340 in regards to fatigue and bending....

Mounting them on the swaybar is going to get them super grimey and all gunked up. People put them in the trunk and engine bay to keep the adjusters from getting corroded or damaged.
