100% water will not alter the AFR but will slow down the burnt rate. AFR based failsafe will not work effectively. For this type of application, egt or turbine flow sensor is recommended.

Yes, it doesn't right from the beginning. The HFS3-v3 just playing catch-up. It may be easier for those who are not confident on soldering. There are no performance advancement, just simpler.
