Here is a good link for EVO 8 and 9 thermostat differences:

Hope that Toyota-application part does not have the bottom valve for bypass port.

Nope, looks Identical to the EVO 8 Stocker, just a metal plunger seal.

Here you go:
My friend at Napa says it should be part #106
Here are some pictures of the box, and UPC# for cross reference.

Thanks!

After a quick search, it seems THM 6 is the correct part number for 170F, 106 shows 180F.

Since I do not have access to Napa anymore, I have to find a cross referenced part that is available for online order like rockauto.

Thanks!

Cool. All three of those are 170F Stats?
Off chance you have looked at this post: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...ve-looked.html
Maybe have any suggestions or thoughts. Feel like I am going in circles with it.

Yes those are all 170F.

I left a short reply, and hope that helps your troubleshooting.

Bump for update in post 1. Specifically edit about Fuel Trims only working above temperature of 80C/176F. Looking for the way to edit this to work with colder Thermo's.

Any Guru or Disassembly help needed please.
