Is this possible to put 16 inch wheels on an Evo X? Obviously I would have to get a new brake setup, I have heard that I can swap Evo 4-6 brakes for the fronts. And that I may not have to change out the rears?

I know rally drivers put smaller diameter wheels. But yes, you'd need to change the brake system, no idea which is best.

 

you can put evo 8/9 on the front with a 20mm spacers and 16s will clear only some will clear tho small brake kit from stm or something works best, i have heard some galant brakes also fit i would have to ask a friend what ones fit i dont remember.

as far as back your pretty limited ralli art calipers and rotors bolt right up and is cheapest option. evo8/9 will not fit.
