yeam after all that has happeened today I think it is safe to say that this all may be due to me hitting that curb, and now that I have lowere the car I have issues.....I think I have to take it to a frame shop.... if they cant fix it then It has to be a part under there, that I must have bent, and that none can tell is bent.........this is soooooo frustrating as I bought this 30, 000 car to aviod stupid issues, but I had to screw it up by, hitting that curb, that can be the only reason this is happeing to me.......and explains why the number are so off....i just never noticed it before it was droped......
These springs are the BIGGEST Pieces of SHIZNIT you could possibly purchase for the car. I had them, had the car Aligned 5 times!!! Never drove correctly, why? These spings SLAM the nose, and are BARELY stiffer then stock, so they obviously made my car handle like a water bed, it was SCARY at times the body roll, plus the car has a stock Front/Rear Distribution of 60Front 40Rear.
Now slam the nose 2 inches and the rar half an inch, and you car see what happens to teh weight distribution, and then you add bouncy springs, its stupid, your car will never handle right, it'll look AWESOME, that is for sure but HANDLING that will never happen.
I mean read the box "Luxury Master"
I will never use springs, they ruin that car with exception of the Rally Art springs thay cost as much as coil overs so.

WOW, UMIAMI, i wish I would have read this thread.........I have to say that I did get these springs soley for the looks, I do not race or drive the car in any tracks, but I still dont like the fact that my camber is way differnt from left to right.......they guy at the shop said a cmaber kit is needed to fix that side, which is a band aid to the problem....I have to find out what I bent that is causing my front driver side to camber out.... I need to find a good shop that knows what they are doing..... any one know somwone in the LA area......or anywhere near there.......this sucks...
mr0072003, do you mean your Fr camber went from neg.-2.0 to a pos.1.9?... Or did you mean your camber went from -2.0. to -1.9?... because there's a big difference between the two.
If you meant the latter then I would suggest try checking the bolts that hold the struts inplace. If you have the arrows on the bolts facing in the same direction on both sides of your car. If the arrows point inwards (towards the vehicle) then you'll have less available camber. And if the arrows point outwards (away from the vehicle) you'll have more available camber.
I think this might be your problem. I think that one of your arrows are pointing inwards on your passenger side and the driver side is pointing outwards.

mr0072003 check the bolts on your struts if the arrows are pointing in the same direction. try this link.https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/at...chmentid=10127 this might be your problem.
I am woundering why people have to F@$k with the ride height all the time?
I added some aftermarket springs onto my prelude about 5 years ago, and they creeked/bottomed out, and bounced ever since. I.M.O ALL aftermarket springs are a waste of time and money, as evidence of how many owners complain about them on this forum. If you want to do it, go out and buy some full coil-overs and spend $1000-2000 dollars. I am not even going to bother with the springs, and continue to add additional bracing to my car. I already have the front/rear, and adjustable sway bar added to my ride. I want to add some additional under bracings to make it even stiffer. I personaly think that functionality always wins over looks

Remeber I did this simply for looks, I show this car not race it, so looks mean much more to me than Race/track performenance....SHe is just a daily driver, not driver her hard at all, but lowering springs should not mess with one side of the camber, it seems that It may be the bolt issue......i hope......
ALIGN IT WITH YOU SITTING IN THE CAR!!! The car has a VERY VERY sensitive suspension to begin with, so even if it is alligned perfectly, the moment you sit in it fucts the alignment, I did this, and now the caster is PERFECT.
i too had the 'krik krak' sound when i fitted the Tein-S tech. Was as usual, the springs were slightly smaller in diameter thus, unable to sit properly as of the oris. Nevertheless, I fitted this merely for looks too, and will be opting for coilovers later (need to save $$$). Rectified the problem immediately but i am having lower arm noise (am not sure is it or other things) and its also annoying me... will be checking it tomorrow. anyone had this problem
