I agree with VW4life. Anything after the 29th is fine. So yeah lets get this rollin i want a tune. Oh btw Al do you think i should put new spark plugs in before i meet with you. I will be CLOSE to 30k by then?

Steve are you still on the stock plugs? I was thinking of changing mine after the tune but I'im only at 4K and if you can get 30k out of them, there's no point.

I think he might be waiting for a few deposits before he sets a date... He did say he could come here almost anytime, so I'm sure after he gets a few deposits he'll let us know for sure. From the business standpoint I'm sure you know that's the way he'll do it.

 

well who has sent the deposits already? I am waiting on a paycheck in a week or so i was going to pay him in full at the tune, but let me know if we need one more if so i'll just have to take a 75 dollar hit for a little.

My deposit is already in... It looks like I might just get a mail in or get someone to tune my SAFC-II correctly if we don't get something going soon. Steve if you can spare the deposit, please send it. If you really can't I'll even advance you some cash for that fuel pump and loan you the rest. And I'll talk to steelcityevo and I know he'll send his. So that would just leave one more... evotuner seemed interested, so what do you think? Al said anytime is good, so I say we stick with the 29th-31st. I'm sure one of those days will work for him.

Once we have a confirmed date for the weekend I can send full payment or deposit. I just don't want to send out $$ if it can't happen then since I'm in VA.

Worst case I'll do a mail-in for now as well but would rather get her tuned.



Side note: I'm in FL moving my sister but my gf sent me a picture message of all my goodies that arrived today (GSC 272's, 24mm RSB & coilovers, bushur TBE)

 

Game its ok i stumbled across a bit of money today that i can spare. I am going to cedar point tomorrow and won't be back til friday night. So Al IF your reading pick a date and i will send you the deposit the first thing sat morning. So lets get this goin. The 30th of july or the first week of august look good for me.

Al does not give a $hit what we are planning.. He wants to see some money so he knows everyone's serious. He didn't say anything last time until he saw four deposits. Then he'll make a date. If you're not available, he refunds the deposit. And if you're that worried about it, I'll pay your deposit for you. You're paying me back of course. I'll use it towards a mail in if something goes wrong.
