With this intercooler, does it retain the lower splashguard? Or does the splashguard need to removed or trimmed?

 

It retains the lower splashguard. It fits perfect and doesn't need to trimmed or modified.

 

How much extra for flanging for an aftermarket bov?

 

The kit looks really good Ryan. The piping is very nice and the t-bolt clamps are a huge plus.

 

For $850 one would think that you could get the full 3.5" thickness. It resembles an ebay core to me.

 

It's $850 for the entire kit. FMIC, 2.5"SS polished upper and lower IC piping, silicon hoses, t-bolt clamps. Trust me this is NOT any Ebay IC. We recently made 450whp on 91 octane with this FMIC kit and it works prefectly on the EVO. You will never find this a deal like this on an entire kit. We have been selling just the cores/tanks for $700 for last couple years.
