Ok, since we have enough people, let's make it happen. I'm no smoggy, but I'll volunteer to make the arrangements, unless someone else wants to do it. I talked to Calvin and the earliest Shiv may be be able to come down is March 3rd or the 10th. I assume everyone wants it @ Tuning Technology in Colton - Alfred and Chris are good guys. Shiv has also used harmon automotive, maybe we keep that as a back-up.

So here's what we need to do:

- Call Calvin at Vishnu, 1(866) 584-7531 toll free, with payment and what you need done. Also copy me with your phone#s and real name/screen name.

- Let me know after you've paid and we'll update the confirmed list.

- I'll repost Smogrunner's excellent dyno day prep list and details, once we get a little farther on.

Why wouldn't you just have Alfred do the tuning? I don't understand why you would bring a tuner in to another tuners shop?

 

Thats would be like saying all tuners are the same.
Not saying one is better than the other but that the way I see it.

 

Understood, it just seems a little strange to ask Alfred, to step aside and let Shiv tune this group of cars.
Didn't the OP just have his EVO tuned by Alfred?

 

Keep in mind that this is the Vishnu forum, for folks that want Shiv to tune their car. It isn't really right to ask that question. If folks want Alfred to tune their car, they know where to go and there is no need to follow the happenings in this forum.

I'm more than happy to pass the torch to you for the organization side of this dyno day. I'm happy to help in any way I can and I'd love to have a chance to hang with Shiv and friends again.

 

Ok I talked with TTech and they were happy to pencil us in for March 3rd or 10th. Dyno time is $125/hr - pretty standard rate.

If everyone could email or PM me your phone#s, I'll put a list together for Calvin for when things get firmed up.

In the mean time, it's been a while since the list was started so let's reconfirm who will attend.
